Episode 23 (Season 1) | Airdate: December 22, 2012 We visit Monachil, a town in the Sierra Nevada mountains of Granada, world-renowned for its ski resort and slopes, which have hosted world championships. We do so with its most decorated resident, Olympic skier María José Rienda, with whom we explore the slopes of Sierra Nevada. In addition, "This Is My Town" features a report on the Civil Guard's important mountain rescue team, who give us a simulated helicopter operation. We also enjoy some spectacular scenery in the area on a paramotor excursion.
