The complete recycling system includes: Single Shaft Shredder + Belt Conveyor + Crusher + Screw Conveyor. The heavy-duty single shaft shredder is capable of shredding whole bales of plastic film directly, including stretch film, woven bags, and agricultural films, ensuring stable and continuous operation without material wrapping. After shredding, the belt conveyor transfers the material smoothly into the crusher for further size reduction. The crusher processes the films into small and uniform flakes, suitable for washing lines, pelletizing systems, and downstream plastic recycling applications.
