Remo 6. La técnica del remo.
This video aims to analyze rowing technique. More specifically, it will explore the phases of the stroke. For the benefit of both layperson and experienced users, the phases of the stroke will be subdivided into two subphases: aquatic and aerial, depending on whether the oar blade is in the water or not. Within these subphases, we will highlight other phases to clarify the movement of rowing technique. This sport is cyclical, meaning that practicing it consists of repeating the same movement for as long as the practice lasts. Therefore, understanding this movement is vital both to avoid injuries and to improve both the quantity and quality of execution. Finally, the muscles involved in each of the phases will be discussed. Author: Juan Gavala González ISBN: 978-84-16784-96-7
