[Moderator] This Memorandum of Cooperation is intended to promote the exchange of experiences regarding education policy and to foster cooperation between educational institutions. Brazil is the world's second-largest holder of rare earth reserves. It is a resource-rich nation and also the largest defense market in Latin America.
