When Joker reaches level 70 he'll finally have access to Inferno from Cerberus. Inferno/Blazing Hell can burn more easier than Agilao and Agidyne. I have tested this on Akira the hero a long time ago. I won't be getting Blazing Hell in this run though. Because Inferno is the better skill. And Blazing Hell requires more effort to get compared to Inferno. Also Inferno has a faster animation meaning you can spam it more quicker. Morgana finally gets Wind Amp on Merciless. I replaced Dodge Elec with it. I don't find Dodge Elec too important to keep on him and I need the space.
