Relaxing Homemaking | What I do as a Mennonite Mom | Cooking, Thrifting, Cleaning

Today I'm putting a slightly different twist to the video! I kept it super relaxing, but hopefully still motivating and encouraging! I did some household chores, grocery haul, thrifting, cooking, & baking. What I do as a Mennonite Mom. Thanks to my friend Heidi for allowing me to share the muffin recipe with you! She just had their first little girl after 4 boys!   / a_heidimarie   Pumpkin Muffins 2 c. Pumpkin 2 c. Sugar 4 eggs 3/4 c. Oil 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Baking Powder 1 tsp. Cinnamon 2 tsp. Baking Soda 2 c. Flour Beat all ingredients well. Fill cupcake tins or liners 3/4 full. Spray pan well if you aren’t using liners. Filling: 8 oz. cream cheese 1 egg 1 c. Chocolate Chips 1/3 c. Sugar Beat sugar, eggs, & cream cheese together well. Add chocolate chips. Put one heaping tsp of mixture in center of cupcakes.
