Before 1947 Arain Muslims and Sikhs were settled in this village, and had ideal relation with eachother. In 1947, the situation became very bad. Muslims comunity decided that they should now leave their village and go to Pakistan, but the Sikhs of the village stopped them and pleaded that we are with you, do not leave us. But it was written in destiny, and they had to leave everything and move to Pakistan.
