Exploring Tombstone's FORBIDDEN Mines in a 1944 Army Jeep

Join us on another rugged off-road adventure through the historic hills behind Tombstone, Arizona! Today, we're firing up the 1944 Army Jeep and heading out with our friend Reese to explore some "hidden gems" he recently rediscovered. We navigate some seriously rutted-out trails to reach the abandoned Silver Lode mine, a fascinating site that looks like it's been used off and on since the 1880s. We also hike up to Military Hill for some incredible views of the Santa Ritas and Huachucas, and stumble upon a few more sketchy, roped-off shafts that serve as a stark reminder of the area's intense mining history. In this video: Off-roading in the classic '44 Army Jeep. Exploring the Silver Lode mine and its mysterious artifacts. The history of Military Hill and the surrounding claims. Breathtaking desert vistas you won't see from the town streets.
