To prepare the best of the best, he always called on André. Luckily, this big-hearted chef has revealed his recipe. Ingredients: 2 garlic cloves, 1 onion Tomatoes Potatoes Herbs de Provence, salt, pepper, saffron Olive oil Tomato paste Cuttlefish Capon Red mullet John Dory 16 mussels Fish stock Recipe: 1. Roughly chop the garlic cloves and one onion. Chop the tomatoes. 2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Place everything in a dish. Add herbes de Provence, salt, tomato paste, and saffron. Add a drizzle of olive oil and stir everything together. 3. Cut the cuttlefish into thin strips. Slice the capon down to the bone, keeping its skin on. Do the same with the scorpion fish, red mullet, and John Dory. 4. Place everything in the dish and add the mussels. 5. Add herbes de Provence, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Moisten with fish stock or water from the pan. 6. Cook until boiling. Then let stand, reducing the heat. 7. When the potatoes are cooked, the bouillabaisse is ready.
