Mayflash dolphin bar : mode 2 Vs mode 4 : comparison
UPDATE : Like Weilang Tay point me out, We can play Virtua Cop3 in mode 2 ( no more configuration is needed). Just lauch the Demulshooter command given by Argonlefou on his wiki and that's all. As usual, the accuracy is better than in mode 4. Thank to Weilang Tay! So disregard what I said to at 18:33 00:00 introduction 01:36 analysis mouse mode : mode 2 04:04 analysis joypad mode : mode 4 07:10 ingame comparison 17:56 conclusion pfffuuuuuu!!!! This video really took me a while! But I thought it was really necessary. A lot of people don’t seem to understand why I prefer to play in mode 2 rather than in mode 4. Okay, for those of you who come in, you wonder what I’m talking about and that’s normal! To be able to play railshooters on our PCs, we need an infra red LED bar (a bit like on the nintendo wii). Mayflash has produced a red infra led bar that I always think is the best on the market. Because it integrates a bluetooth dongle and different modes. Among these modes there are 2 that interest us to play all our favorite shooters. In this video, I compare the use of these 2 modes precisely. Mode 2 is mouse mode, that is, your wiimote behaves like a mouse. Mode 4 recognizes the wiimote but is normally only useful for playing directly with the dolphin wii emulator. It is possible to transform your wiimote into an xbox 360 pad using a software called touchmote by associating it with mode 4. This allows us to play any games other than those of the dolphin wii emulator. I started my wiimote-lightgun adventure with a simple infra red led bar + a bluetooth dongle and the use of touchmote. When I discovered the mayflash dolphin bar, I first enjoyed the fact that it comes with a bluetooth dongle. I could play with 2 wiimotes and only one infra-red led bar but I never managed to make it work some emulators with this configuration. I could see that the gameplay was better when I played in mode 2. However, it was not possible to play with 2 wiimotes at the same time. Problem solved when I realized that by jointly using a second mayflash leds bar, this was finally becoming possible. Let’s not forget that to be able to play 2 players in most games, you will have to use the Demulshooter software that I don’t talk much about in this video. I use Demulshooter in all my game configurations that allow it. Even when I only throw the 1st player. It seems to me that the development has integrated some fixes that make the gameplay even better. I hope this video will allow you to see a little clearer in your choice of using the mayflash dolphin bar. Have fun and feel free to like and comment on this video.
