Shocking Differences: Christian Communion vs. LDS Sacrament

What are some of the differences between an LDS view of The Sacrament and a Christian view of Christian Communion (or the Lord's Supper)? Mormonism uses water, while Christianity uses wine or some other "fruit of the vine." Are these differences significant? Both Mormons and Christians practice an ordinance which the Lord Jesus instituted the night when he was betrayed. But while Latter-day Saints believe that in each taking of the Sacrament, we promise to keep all the commandments of God in order to merit mercy, Christian communion points to something quite different.
