1972 Low Level Royal Venton New Coronet WC + McKinney / Parker Hand Dryer

PH in Essex. Very modernized establishment, but a good set of surviving gents WCs. Once again, despite lead piping becoming outlawed in British Plumbing in 1970, here it is shown yet again on a cistern dating from 1972, perhaps to finish using the old stock? Or was it still acceptable to add them on WC cisterns? Something worth debating and looking in to. Another survivor here involves an unusual push button McKinney / Parker Hand Dryer, still works perfectly, and first one seen documented in the UK.
