First Day of Ekka 2025・Royal Queensland Show Walking Tour Brisbane・4k/60FPS

It's the first day of the Royal Queensland Show. A bit overcast and wet, but a lot of fun! The Ekka is the biggest agricultural show in the state of Queensland, and the biggest event on Brisbane's calendar. It's the equivalent of a state fair in the USA. There are some iconic things that people look forward to seeing and indulging in every year. In no specific order, here's some of the things I always look forward to whenever I go: Strawberry sundaes, dagwood dogs (similar to a corn dog), sideshow alley (carnival games and rides), showbags (mostly for kids, but I always at least get some chocolate-related one!), the huge animal nursery (where you can pat and spend some time with baby goats and other young farm animals), various agricultural displays and growing competitions, arts and craft competitions (my favourite of those are drawing, painting, and cake decorating). As is tradition, in this walking tour of the Ekka, I randomly walk around the showgrounds, and try to give you a taste of what it's like to be there. I really hope you enjoy the video.
