The NABU Network was a computer company in Ottawa that made a computer that would receive software over the cable network, allowing users to rent and subscribe to content that would download at 6.3 Megabits per second over standard cable. Bio: Leo Binkowski has been writing software for over 4 decades. He got his start right out of high school writing video games for NABU, a unique Canadian Computer Company that tried to create the internet in the mid 80s.
