Chopping Samples like Todd Edwards

Hello everyone & welcome back to the channel. I’ve had a little break over Christmas & New Years and am ready to rock and roll again. First up this year we’re breaking down one of my favourite all-time artists Todd ‘The God’ Edwards! This is really my interpretation of his sample chopping technique. I know he famously used an Akai s6000 and now is mostly on Ableton but the newish sampler in Logic X is actually fantastic and worked perfectly for this technique.
