How to react when being lied to in France

As you visit various restaurants, you'll encounter all sorts of situations. Sometimes, they might say they're out of an ingredient or don't have any stock left. It can be frustrating when you finally decide on a dish from the menu, only to be told it's not available. While sometimes this might genuinely be the case, there are instances when it's not true. I wanted to share a personal experience as it might serve as a good example of how to handle such situations. This wasn’t my first time dealing with this.
