September 7th Parade in Barbacena, Minas Gerais Barbacena celebrated Brazil's Independence Day with a civic-military parade this Sunday morning (September 7th). The event is organized by the Air Cadets Preparatory School (EPCAR), in partnership with the Barbacena City Hall and other public security agencies.
