The heat rages on across the west, Virgil and Celestia Allberry are the only people nearby with a working well. Their peaceful lives are disrupted when Holloway and his gang of bandits kill Celestia and take the well for themselves, sending Virgil into hiding. Years later he is kidnapped and brought back to the bandits, where he meets a familiar face from his past, in the jail cell. The two team up and attempt to take down the bandits once and for all.
