Hawkwind / Hawklords - Free Fall

To celebrate the fact that Hawklords will be back in 2009, headlining the space rock spectacular at the 229 Club on 29 November, here's Free Fall from the 1978 album 25 Years On. Hawklords was very-much the brainchild of Robert Calvert and this track, co-written with Harvey Bainbridge, shows Robert's skill as a wordsmith. Alongside the Captain you can hear Harvey Bainbridge on bass, Dave Brock on guitar, Martin Griffin on drums and Steve Swindells on keys.
