2021 Polaris XP 1000 Ranger, INFERNO cab heater install, TIPS HELP REDUCE AIR IN THE COOLING SYSTEM. If you found a useful tip please hit that thumbs up and subscribe!! thanks! I would highly recommend buying a set of hose pinch pliers to help eliminate any coolant messes when cutting into the system. Also the long return line that goes under the machine should be pre-filled with coolant to help reduce introduced air to the cooling system. We used a long thin transmission fluid fill funnel and filled the line. We then connected the line to the three way valve. Didn't get it on video! Everything else was done by the book (directions) which were very helpful.
