Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake |Sugar Alternative Strawberry Cheesecake |Homemade Strawberry Cheesecake

Does fresh strawberries, strawberry jam and cheesecake sound like a match-made in heaven to you? If so you have to check out my recipe for my strawberry swirl cheesecake. Its Sugar Alternative and has yummy fresh strawberries inside!!! Better buckle up for this strawberry bomb. Here's the recipe: Filling: 4 8oz blocks of Cream Cheese, SOFTENED 1c Honey 3/4c Sour Cream 3 Eggs 1 tsp Vanilla Crust: 1 1/2 c Crushed Graham Crackers 1/3 c Sugar, I use Coconut sugar 1/3c Melted Butter *Combine all crust ingredients together to a sand like texture, press in 10in spring form pan Fresh Strawberries, washed, dried WELL, sliced Strawberry jam, whatever is your favorite, I use the Sugar Free Smuckers Cranberry juice, about 1/4 c., to thin out strawberry jam 1. Make crust and bake for 7 minutes at 350 degrees 2. Cream cream cheese until fluffy, then add in the remaining filling ingredients. Blend for 5 minutes until nice and smooth 3. Pour 1/3 of filling into the cooled crust, then layer in one single layer of fresh strawberries, the pour in the remaining filling. 4. Thin out the strawberry jam with cranberry juice, you want the jam to be pourable. so add the cranberry juice slowly, mixing as you do so. Then dot the thinned out jam over the top of the cheesecake, like in the tutorial. With a knife swirl the jam into the top of the cheesecake. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes until lightly golden brown on top with a jiggle in the middle. 6. Cool at room temp for 2 hours, then overnight in the fridge. 7. Slice and ENJOY!!! This is my favorite cheesecake I've EVER made!! It turned out so good and it didn't last a single day. It was a major crowd pleaser.
