#TBT: Scott Edgar, Lockmaster at Hannibal Lock and Dam, talks about the Wicket Dam system that existed on the Ohio River prior to 1967 when construction on Hannibal began. Hannibal L/D replaced three of these wicket-type projects, Lock and Dam 12, 13 and 14. The Wicket Dam display is a part of Hannibal’s historical displays and visitor center.
