A Night Walk in the Rain in a COTSWOLD Town || ENGLAND || 4K HDR

So, on this rainy evening we are out and about walking in the capitol of the Cotswolds - The market town of Cirencester. Cirencester is located 80 miles (130 km) west of London. The town is situated on the River Churn (a tributary of the River Thames) and also lies on the lower slopes slopes of the Cotswold Hills. In 2021 the population in Cirencester stood at 20,229. Cirencester has an incredible amount of history to it, and is well worth a deep delve and look into. The town was thought to be first referenced by Ptolemy in AD 150. The town is well known for it's Royal Agriculture College which was founded in 1840. The parish church is St John the Baptist. Construction of the church was started in the 12th century. It is a Grade I listed building. The church is not seen during this particular walk but there are forthcoming video walks in which it is seen. At 08:48 we see the Corinium Hotel, which is a lovely hotel should you need somewhere to stop over night in Cirencester. There is just one hidden logo within this video...see if you can spot it.
