Summit of Mount Nebo, Wasatch Range, Central Utah

What better to do on a hot August day than going for the summit of Mount Nebo. Highest peak in the Wasatch Range in Central Utah at 11, 900ft. Roughly 9.5 miles roundtrip, this took us just over eight hours to complete. A fairly gradual hike for the first 3.5 miles then the last mile is a beast with around 1900ft of elevation gain to summit. There is some 3rd class scrambling involved to get to summit, good fun.
