Basically, Blocks 467-469 Sembawang are located at the western edge of Sembawang, near Sembawang River. For Block 467 Sembawang, there are 4 Fujitec lifts - serving 13/16 storeys with 3 basement levels, which also includes Carpark Levels B3 - 1. In this video, i'm showcasing Lifts A & B by Fujitec - serving Levels B3 to 13, which mainly allowed them to access to Carpark levels. Last fact, Block 467 Sembawang, it shared the same lift arrangement lobby as Block 469 Sembawang.
