Janzu literally means Pacified river, as a practitioner we act as a medium between the water that purifies and nourishes, and the receiver. We glide the body danse-like through the water and initiate immersions. We are not doctors or medical practitioners, nor healers. The healing work happens by you through the ability of surrendering to life. It is in this moment of breath retention (apnea), the bodily systems halts and our prāṇa, life-force is used for regenerating our entire system. Janzu can be seen as a holistic healing practice where we use water as a ​"medicine​" that benefits our overall health and well-being.​ Water is the most vast element, not only on earth but also everywhere present in every cell in our body.
