Hey guys! In todays video I have 3 budget recipes for you! These recipes all cost under $2 per serving!! Using 5 ingredients or less! And they all taste really bomb so i hope you guys like them! thanks for watching :) Salsa Rice and Black Beans 2 servings- $1.27 per serving 1 cup brown rice 1/2 cup salsa 1 cup frozen corn 1 1/2 cups water 1 can black beans drained and rinsed Add the rice, salsa, corn and water to the Instant pot and cook for 18 minutes. Do a natural release for 20 minutes. Take off the lid and stir in the black beans. Chickpea Noodle Soup 4 servings- $.75 per serving 1 onion diced 2 carrots peeled and diced 1 can chickpeas + liquid 1 vegan broth cube 1 bay leaf 5 cups water 1 1/2 cups pasta Heat up a large soup pot over medium heat. Water saute the onions for a few minutes until soft. Add in the carrots, chickpeas, broth cube, water and bay leaf and stir. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the carrots are soft. Add in the pasta and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the pasta is cooked. Lentil bolognese 4 servings - $1.04 per serving 1 onion diced 1 large carrot peeled and diced 1 jar marinara sauce 1 cup lentils 1 1/2 cups water 1 lb spaghetti Sauté the onions and carrots in the Instant pot for a few minutes until soft. Add in the lentils, water and marinara sauce and put on the lid. Cook for 10 minutes and do a natural release. In the mean time boil the spaghetti on the stove.
