It was our first visit to this particular island. We had heard great things about Ocracoke - and it lived up to the hype! Dr. Beach (real name: Dr. Stephen Leatherman, one of the world’s foremost beach expert) actually named Ocracoke as the best beach in the United States in 2022. Could that be possible? We will share our opinion - plus visit the lighthouse and all the other attractions to see in Ocracoke Village.
