A public Spiritist lecture is an activity that is part of the programming of many Spiritist centers around the world. It is a moment when a Spiritist speaker, usually a volunteer, presents a topic related to Spiritist doctrine to an audience interested in learning more about this philosophy. These lectures can cover a wide variety of topics, from more general themes such as love, charity, and spirituality, to more specific themes such as reincarnation, mediumship, and the process of spiritual evolution. The objective of public lectures is to share knowledge and clarifications about Spiritist doctrine and its practices, as well as to provide a space for reflection and debate on important issues of life and the spiritual world. Public Spiritist lectures are open to the general public and are usually free of charge.
