A roe deer named Anna, who swam more than three kilometers across the Dnieper River last fall while escaping a large-scale fire near the village of Rozumivka in Zaporizhia, has become a mother. The baby was born in a shelter where the animal was undergoing rehabilitation after a serious injury. Anna is now taking care of her newborn daughter on her own.
