How embarrassing for me - I thought the roll-up door would be near the 'exit', but I guess not always, LOL. Oops. Between that and my garbage Level 37, this can easily be improved. 25xx is definitely possible. However, I am happy about 24:28 going out of FUN - not too far from my previous WR. The grind continues.
