Aware but Adrift: When Two Parts of You Can't Agree
In between choices and paradoxes, I feel you there. Calling out your emotions is a way to navigate and redirect them. After a few years of intense shadow work, I am trying to build a bridge connecting my inner and outer world, and hope to touch even one other soul along the way. I'm Uyên Minh. Alongside my clinical work as a nurse, I have a strong interest in depth psychology, the unconscious mind, and altered states of consciousness and their critical role in the awareness about ourselves and the world. My mission to make mental health care easier to access— to equip everyone with tools to understand better their psyche, to discover the extents of their potential through working with the unconscious mind and seeing it as their most loving and powerful assistant in becoming truly fulfilled in their life. Besides, music and making mini-films are big parts of my life!! SUPPORT ME AND STAY CONNECTED: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/uyenminhvn/ https://www.tiktok.com/@uyenminhvn
