International communications, travel, education, and migration, are all important channels that influence how people in one country view people in others. Wu, Ph.D. is a political scientist and economist who teaches in the Communications, Culture, and Technology Program at Georgetown University. Measuring soft power in international relations is a product of her fellowship at the Wilson Center for International Scholars.
