1969 Ludwig Super Classic Incredible Drum Sound In This Drum Solo Demo

These are my 1969 Ludwig Super Classic drums. I have a 14x22 bass drum, 9x13 tom, 16x16 floor tom, and the great supra-phonic 400 5x14 snare drum. All drums have the 3 ply maple, polar, maple with maple rings on them. Bill Ludwig Jr said these 60`s drum shells were the best the company ever made. The finish is the wonderful Champagne Sparkle. I using all the original Ludwig 69 hardware on this set in new condition with the 1400 flat base cymbal stand, atlas big beat hi-hat stand, atlas snare stand, and the famous speed king pedal. I have an open drum tuning with no muffling for that clear tone "Ludwig Sound". You are hearing the natural sound of each drum with only the camera mic in the back of the room. Ludwig drummers from the 60`s like Joe Morello, Ringo Starr, Ginger Baker, Roy Haynes, Jo Jones, Carmine Appice, John Bonham, and Carl Palmer used these drums. In this drum solo demo, you can clearly hear the great natural tone of each drum. The amazing sounding supra-phonic snare drum has that crisp tone that projects so well. These drums are over 50 years old and is one of the best sounding drums I have ever played on.
