Building A Lamborghini Countach Replica | EP:5 - Chassis Overview

Watch the latest episode here:    • Building A Lamborghini Countach Replica | ...   In this episode, we're talking through the last "introduction" type of video for possibly the most important part of the 1GZFE V12 Lamborghini Countach replica build - the chassis. This car was built on a full custom frame (manufacturer unknown), but the quality isn't ideal for a build of this magnitude, so this video covers most aspects of the chassis, and what our solution will be. Essentially, we're building this one from scratch now. After this video, it's time to start the actual work, as these introduction videos just serve to inform people on where / what we're starting from. There is also a brief discussion of the interior as well as some potential ideas for it, however we're not focusing too much on that area of the Countach for the time being - exterior / mechanical is more important right now. The car will probably be running a Haltech Nexus R5 ECU - not decided yet. Project Overview: This (replica / tribute / kit car) Lamborghini Countach will be getting a Toyota 1GZ-FE 5L V12 engine from a 1997 JDM second generation Toyota Century in the engine bay, mated to an Audi 0A2 transaxle from a European market Audi A6 from the C6 generation. The goal for this car is to get it running before GTA 6 is released in 2026. Optimistic...I know. Filmed on a GoPro Hero 9 and Canon EOS R at 60fps in 4k. Audio is an external microphone run through the GoPro. Follow me on IG for more car shenanigans:   / gareth_bargate
