Oh my! Limoilou! Poverty, drug addicts, violent crime... Is Limoilou really a dangerous and disreputable neighborhood? What if these stereotypes were true? Fortunately, these stereotypes are no longer relevant these days, so much so that Limoilou is even becoming a trendy neighborhood! Today, I'm starting a new series where I visit and show certain neighborhoods in Quebec City and Lévis (for now) in a new light. Personally, I really like Limoilou. This neighborhood truly has a special character that makes it unique. Could it be its New York-style residential design? Its restaurants blending several cultures? Its parks? Or all of the above?
