Qualifications / Eligibilities for Members or Chairperson in Child Welfare Committee

Section 27 of The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015 read along with Rule 15 and Rule 88 of the Model JJ Rules 2016 spell out the qualifications or eligibilities required in order to become a Member /Chairperson in a Child Welfare Committee. A pure good intent to help a child in need is the topmost qualification, however :)
