Pulling CIDRS in Sheep. | Vlog #6

A two part series. First we inserted CIDRs which act like a short term birth control for 12 days, then we pull them, causing the ewe's cycle to start again. In theory, my ewes should come into heat at the same time. Next, they get 2.5 ml of Foligon (PMSG) which helps stimulate ovulation). 24 hours later they are reacquainted with the boys. 5 months later... I get some babies. At least, that's the plan.
