CANOE CAMPING | Norfolk Broads - Canal Camping Dilham and North Walsham Canal River Ant

Exploring the North Walsham and Dilham canal (dis.) in my wooden canoe, and staying at the Canal Camping Site at Dilham, Honing Common, Norfolk. The journey starts at Sutton Staithe. It should have been about 7km, but turned out to be nearly 10km due to a navigational error!!!!! Heading west bound out of Sutton Staithe I join the River Ant and turn North passing the Hunsett water pump. Then under the busy A149 Stalham Road at Wayford Bridge, before entering the now disused canal at Dilham (the only canal in Norfolk). The river becomes progressively smaller, shallower and overgrown as I approach the camp site. A chance to fly the Drone at the camp site and spend a night in my OneTigris Ironwall teepee tent.
