70mai a800s stuck on logo screen

Went to leave in my classic beetle. And my dash cam 70mia a800s is stuck on the logo. Tech support has been emailing me. Suggested I leave it plugged in to power supply for 3-4 hours. I tried that with no luck. I got it to somehow come up once, went into screen settings. And it totally locked up. Buttons did nothing. Un plugged it, then back in. Stuck on logo again. I am waiting to see if they will give me Amazon credit to get a new one or a huge discount on one. Can't believe it messed up. It's only 10 months old. I have five total dash Cams from them, and this is the only one that is messed up. Will post any updates about the situation and what they do to solve it.
