Now most students of the previous Guru's teaching are floating up the surface with lots of debt issue. Well are they victims? Are the Gurus scammers? It's all based on personal takes. To me, it's just them taking their chance on what they believe will work. But I just dislike the fact this audience was included in the loan of these properties just to extend the loan tenure:/ This is me trying to first sort out the issue by knowing how much is outstanding and what's the status of the projects individually. Then the number to look out for will be the total outstanding amount of difference between the loan and the market value for the properties. There is no easy way out of this. But it is not impossible. Shout-out again to this audience for having the clarity and courage on the matter. I am very confident she will brave through this.
