Will Darren's search lead him to redemption or the hell of insanity? Or will he become the curse's next victim? I absolutely loved it, one of my favourite adventure games ever. Annoying mechanics from BM1 were removed/fixed, there is only one or two "random puzzles" where you can sometimes get softlocked, so I only had to use skip once, and I already knew what to do by then. Graphics are much more modern, game supports 1080p, but with some blackbars, apparently. The music is a bit of a let down, after Black Mirror I of course, that one is a little masterpiece. One big problem with this game is... I kinda dislike Darren. He's a bit of a pussy. I dislike his voice too. Well, to be honest first time I played this long ago I had the same reaction, the guy just doesn't fit well. Overall, it's still a very good adventure horror/thriller game, better than the first one, with great story, returning locations and characters, good graphics, and a lot of needed improvements.
