Tehachapi Train Depot

Doug Pickard takes us around the Tehachapi Train Depot Museum. He tells us the history of the building, walks us through some of the exhibits and talks about the Friends of the Tehachapi Depot. And check this out, Doug is the guy who took Huell Howser around Tehachapi when Huell came to Tehachapi in 2001 for Road Trip episode 104! So yeah, we got the goods! If you would like to volunteer to help out at the Depot just stop by and fill out a Friends of the Tehachapi Depot membership application. You can be a museum docent, gift shop cashier, help out with graphic arts and designs or be an event coordinator. Or if you're good at cataloging artifacts, producing a newsletter....whatever.
