Promaths awards recognise students who excelled in Maths and Science in Motherwell, PE
Investec Social Investment and the Kutlwanong Maths, Science & Technology Centre started the Promaths programme in 2005 to support learners in grades 10 to 12 with extra tuition in maths and science In 2017 the regional mathematics and science pass rates were 42.3% and 57.3%, respectively in the Eastern Cape. Promaths students in the region far surpassed these averages and achieved 97% for maths and 99% for science. This speaks to the continued success of our programme and is reason to celebrate this triumph.
