Insight Hour with Hestia on workplace IDVAs and employer innovation

This Insight Hour webinar with domestic abuse charity Hestia covers how employers can incorporate Independent Domestic Violence Advocates (IDVAs) in their workplace response to domestic abuse. IDVAs are accredited advocates for victim-survivors of domestic abuse. They provide practical and emotional support, help keep victim-survivors safe, and liaise with other agencies on their behalf. Hestia also spoke more broadly about how employers can be innovative in their domestic abuse responses to provide their employees with the most robust support.
