Nikon P1000 - Microphone Test: Internal vs External

The Nikon #P1000 is known for its massive 3000mm Telescopic zoom lens but for those of us who like to dabble in videos we have to look a little closer at its other features so in this video lets take a look at the P1000’s Microphone and how it squares up against an external microphone. For this test we are using a #RODE VideoMic GO - http://www.rode.com/microphones/video... If I had to review this #mic on its own I would rate it pretty highly as it does a great job of picking up sound even in difficult conditions and next to no distortion, how this will compare to the P1000’s internal mic.
