Creamy coffee layered dessert with cookies – no baking and no gelatin required! ☕🍫 Delicate coffee cream with chocolate, airy cream and coffee-soaked cookies – layered like a tiramisu, but child's play. The homemade coffee pudding becomes especially creamy with whipped cream; the cookies soak up the coffee syrup and become wonderfully soft. This dessert tastes best after it has had time to infuse overnight – perfect for coffee lovers! 🛒 Ingredients: For the coffee cream: – 500 ml milk – 50 g sugar – 8 g vanilla sugar – 40 g cornstarch – 50 g milk chocolate – 15 g instant coffee For the whipped cream: – 250 ml cold heavy cream (33%) – 100 g powdered sugar For the coffee syrup & layers: – 100 ml milk – 15 g instant coffee – 200 g cookies – chocolate (for decoration) ⚠️ Tip: Dissolve the cornstarch well – this will prevent lumps. Dip the cookies only briefly, otherwise they will become too soft.
