When this Project started it was so hard to see the Light at anywhere in the tunnel. much less to even visualize the light that would be at the end of the tunnel. However Resilience is Key, Tenacity is Key, Courageous against all odds is key and the willingness to continue NO MATTER HOW BIG THE OBSTACLE! Today we are nearly at 200 homes on the ground at various phases of construction. Our Corporate office is here, the first floor of our First mall is here. We have built some infrastructure with no infrastructure loan( we still have so much further to go)) purchased the surrounding lands. Avalon Estates is two minutes from the highway( God is good) we purchased all the necessary machinery needed to continue and we are pushing forward.
