I've described in my videos how I use my machine without postprocessor changes and use the X-axis, but to answer questions and help my subscribers understand, I created this video. This video discusses creating a control program for a 4-axis machine using Autodesk PowerMill Ultimate 2021. It assumes the machine has a Y-axis rotary axis. The postprocessor is also designed for the A-axis rotary axis located along the Y-axis. A simplified method for adapting the postprocessor to your version of PowerMill is also shown.
