Gestión Escolar Autónoma - Mejora continua: IE 7059 José Antonio Encinas Franco

Let's explore the experience of the José Antonio Encinas Franco School (IE 7059), where they apply the principle of Continuous Improvement within their Autonomous School Management model. Through a diagnostic assessment, they identified the need to implement strategies to combat dropout rates, violence, and absenteeism. Based on this, they implemented socio-emotional development workshops that students, both in Primary and Secondary school, can freely enroll in. This directly impacted a change in student attitudes, as well as producing tangible and quantifiable results in the reduction of negative indicators.
